Heating required manual activation and lacked warmth upon arrival. Only one bar of soap provided. No ice machine. Had to buy a bag of ice instead. Breakfast options minimal and not consistently replenished, especially towards the end of the service time.

The heating system needs attention!!! It blanketed the room in chill until we figured that out. Just one bar of soap in the bathroom felt stingy!!! Communication issues at the desk were frustrating during check-in!!!

In my case they offered Disability Access room with king-sized bed as well as the alarm and that was great. A shower and a bidet was a plus. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Birch Lakes State Forest.

Check-in was, like, super smooth and the guy at the desk was the best! My room was huge and, like, freshly renovated-totally spacious! I loved the comfy bed and clean bathroom. Plus, the breakfast vibe was fun with DIY options-it made mornings so chill! Definitely a sweet spot for a getaway!

The room had a clean and spacious layout which was refreshing. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful garden view. The staff at the front desk were friendly and made the check-in process easy.
